These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TruckLoad.me, including web, mobile, APIs, support channels, and related logistics operations. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information and keep account details current.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all actions under your account.
• You may not share accounts or use another party’s account without authorization.
• You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access or security issues.

3. Roles, Verification, and Access Controls

Platform access and feature availability may vary by role, account type, compliance status, and active subscription.

• KYC and document verification may be required before certain actions are enabled.
• Expired, missing, rejected, or pending compliance items can restrict capabilities.
• We may request additional data/documents for trust, safety, legal, or operational reasons.

4. Marketplace Conduct and Operational Duties

• Load details, bids, and profile declarations must be truthful and not misleading.
• Users must comply with applicable transport, labor, licensing, and commercial laws.
• You must not manipulate bidding, impersonate parties, or falsify proof/status updates.
• You remain responsible for your own commercial agreements, execution, and legal obligations.

5. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

• Paid plans, add-ons, trials, and pricing are defined in the product experience and may change over time.
• Where applicable, subscriptions auto-renew until canceled according to plan terms.
• Upgrades, downgrades, trial transitions, and billing-cycle effects are governed by Stripe and plan configuration.
• Failure to pay may result in restricted or suspended service access.
• Payment processing is provided by Stripe; card data handling is subject to Stripe policies.

6. Acceptable Use Restrictions

You may not use the platform to:

• Violate laws, regulations, sanctions, or third-party rights.
• Transmit malware, abuse APIs, scrape unauthorized data, or bypass security controls.
• Harass, defraud, spam, extort, or engage in deceptive behavior.
• Upload forged, stolen, or unauthorized compliance documents.
• Interfere with service stability, performance, or other users’ operations.

7. Communications and Notices

You agree to receive transactional and operational communications, including account, compliance, billing, and security notices via in-app channels, email, or other contact methods you provide.

8. Intellectual Property

TruckLoad.me software, branding, workflows, and content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these terms.

9. Data and Privacy

Our handling of personal and operational data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the platform, you acknowledge those practices.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where necessary for legal, security, compliance, billing, abuse, or operational reasons.

• We may take urgent action without prior notice where risk is significant.
• You may stop using the service at any time, subject to outstanding obligations.
• Certain records may be retained post-termination for legal/compliance purposes.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or guaranteed commercial outcomes.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruckLoad.me and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, business, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from platform use.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify TruckLoad.me from claims, losses, liabilities, and costs arising from your misuse of the platform, breach of these terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law. Venue and dispute mechanisms may be specified in additional commercial agreements where relevant.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
